Why is the app not on the Play Store?
The Play Store listing is coming soon. Until then, you can install the official app directly from this website. It is the same app.
Is it safe to install?
Yes. Download it only from this page — this is our official website. The app is signed by Sri Sai Ganesh Septic Tank Cleaners, and Android checks that signature when it installs.
My phone says “Blocked by Play Protect” or “Unknown app”.
That is a standard Android message for apps installed outside the Play Store. Tap More details and then Install anyway. If you are unsure, call us and we will guide you.
Do I need the app to book?
No. You can always call us on +91 99000 07288 or WhatsApp us. The app makes it easier to book again and see your booking status.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. iPhone users can call or WhatsApp us to book.
How do I update the app?
Download the latest version from this page and install it over the old one. Your account and bookings are kept.
